The agreement behind every order we produce

1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting a quote, placing an order, or using nadsonssports.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Quotes, Orders & Payment

All quotes are estimates based on the specifications provided at the time and may be revised if quantities, materials, or design requirements change. An order is confirmed only once:

• A written quote has been accepted by the buyer
• The agreed deposit, or full payment, has been received
• Final artwork, sizing, and fabric selections have been approved in writing

Prices are quoted in the agreed currency and exclude duties, taxes, or import charges unless stated otherwise. For bulk orders, we typically require a deposit before production begins, with the balance due prior to shipment.

3. Customization & Private Label Orders

For custom and private label orders, the buyer is responsible for reviewing and approving design proofs, sizing charts, and sample garments before bulk production begins. Once a proof or sample is approved in writing, Nadsons Sports is not liable for issues arising from errors present in that approved design.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines communicated at the time of order are estimates and may vary due to production volume, customization complexity, or courier delays outside our control. Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once goods leave our manufacturing facility, unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing. The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and being available to receive the shipment.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Defects

Because most orders are made-to-order, custom and private label items are generally not eligible for return or exchange once production has started, except where the goods are defective or do not match the approved specification. If goods arrive damaged or with a manufacturing fault:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Include clear photos of the affected items and your order reference
• We will arrange a repair, replacement, or credit as appropriate

6. Intellectual Property

The buyer confirms that any logos, artwork, or branding submitted for production do not infringe on the rights of any third party, and grants Nadsons Sports permission to reproduce that material solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order. Nadsons Sports retains ownership of its own designs, templates, patterns, and marketing materials, which may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may only be accepted at our discretion and may be subject to a charge covering materials and work already completed, calculated based on the stage of production reached.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nadsons Sports’ total liability for any order is limited to the value paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including lost profits, missed events, or reputational harm — arising from delays or product issues that are beyond our reasonable control.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from an order or these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Sialkot, Pakistan, unless the parties have agreed otherwise in writing.
